My professional journey has been centered around instructional design, which is a passion I've cultivated over the years without realizing it. My background is diverse, with roots in crafting effective learning experiences that engage learners and drive results and collaborating with all types of stakeholders. However, what truly captivates me about instructional design is the dynamic nature of creating learning experiences that resonate with individuals across various backgrounds and learning styles. It's the intersection of creativity and strategy that draws me in! 

In terms of qualifications, I've honed my skills in curriculum development, e-learning design, and educational technology. I'm proficient in utilizing various authoring tools and learning management systems to deliver high-quality content tailored to specific learning objectives.

I advocate for engaging, effective, and enjoyable learning experiences, employing blended learning, eLearning, and instructor-led training strategies tailored to learners' needs through thorough needs analysis. My expertise includes:

        Crafting design documents to address performance objectives and align with learning goals.
        Developing storyboards featuring comprehensive descriptions of branding, avatars, scripts, color

        schemes, layered slides, animations, and corporate imagery.   
        Conducting needs analyses to identify underlying challenges.
        Creating Articulate Storyline 360 courses utilizing scenario-based learning, tabbed interactions,

        variables, and immersive 360-degree tours.
        Designing Articulate Rise 360 courses with streamlined visual design, project and marker blocks, and

        clearly defined learning objectives.
